Doable

This is what it looked like the day I brought it home.





And after the SAS and bobbing the bed.



Still have a long list of things to do but it's getting there slowly.
Nothing puts a smlie on my face like the green glow of 4x4 on the dash !

Thanks , when I'm working on the truck time just flies by.

What it looks like with 35"





I want to get the front lower some how and I think the height will be nice.

1986 extracab, SAS 38.5's Locked Duals, truggyfied, beadlocks

Doable

Standard MarlinCrawler front hanger and shackles with 86 main rear leaf springs mixed with some YJ springs. It pushed the axle forward because of the main leaf  which is nice but my crossover steering is close to rubbing   (it's not close it does rub on the pitman arm) and crossover bar. Looking into a fix for that now without moving the steering forward.

still looks great Its nice to see someone taking and building a truck i have seen to many possible rigs being towed to the various tow yards
