I have a 94 with a 22re and it did almost the same thing. When the engine was cold and running at high idle it was very smooth, then after it warmed up it would hardly run, idled very rough. I removed the idle up valve and plugged everthing that went with it and the truck idled smooth. Then I checked the diaphragm with a vacuum pump and found it to be bad. The idle up valve is screwed into the side of the manifold and has an adjustment screw on top. Hope this helps.
