aisin manual hubs on a 85

So i have another dumb ? for you guys. so i want to pull off my aisin hubs  and paint them and just clean them up, but is there any seal i will need to replace? or can i just pull them off and bolt them back on????

There is a little paper gasket on the back side where it attaches to the hub, you can either reuse that one or spread some RTV on there.

are those gaskets worth replacing??? im on my way to kragen to get a few things and maybe i get some new ones?

also i am painting them black and red , and was wondering what works best with getting the metal at the base all nice and shiny..

i've got some extra gaskets and stuff from rebuilding my axles if anyone wants some.
lets not and say we did.

thanks for the help i decided that im going to wait for when i do my knuckles since they are leaking like a savage... do the gaskets come in the rebuild kit from marlin?

looks like gear oil that has built up and kinda looks like grease, but no to sure.. its been leaking for a while and the previous owner beat the hell out of it

axle fluid in the knuckle means inner axle seal is leaking
