Topic: locker from front to rear?

i have a friend with a locker for an IFS front diff. i want to use it on my IFS rear. will it interchange? he is running stock gears, and mine will have 5.71s. thanks

IFS rear can you explain your vehicle again? Is this going in a early supra car?

IFS rear? Do you mean the rear axle is the same as found on a IFS equipped Toyota?
If so Toyota uses the 8" rear axle to this day, however the the IFS is a 7.5" ring gear and is not interchangable.
