Will a TRD locker for the rear fit/be modified for a toyota front third.....or could I just put the rear third in the front i dunno

Yes the third member can be used in the front solid axle. Just like the rear of non-trd axle housings, you'll have to do a little welding and drilling, but it's not much. Erik B has a good webpage over on 4x4wire with links to other people's axle mods. There's also an article over there on how to do it.
