I ran Rockstomper mounts. They stiffen up the drivetrain alot, you wont get any movement in the tcases/tranny but they will vibrate the whole truck.

On the trail they are great, you dont notice the vibration much. On the road they suck. Simple as that.

I swapped them out for stock motor mounts when I swapped in a newer 22RE. Running a budbuilt with dual tcase mounts, now my drivetrain shifts alot. From what I have seen, I think a front range tcase crossmember is the best compromise. It will stiffen the drivetrain enough and save the stock motor mounts but not vibrate the whole truck like the stiffer poly motor mounts do.

Trail only truck, so no problem there.

I've got the front range crossmember, just need to stiffen the motor mounts now. Anyway, I bought the LCE motor mounts.

I used to tear out motor mounts in what seemed at least once a year.  I ended up doing the chain technique and haven't torn one out since.  Just recently added the FROR x-member.  I'm hoping the chain limits movement enough to keep everything happy, as I do not want to go to solid mounts.

Yeah, being a trail only truck I think I'll be fine with it. :dunno:

As a trail truck, you will really like those motor mounts. I really appreciated them on the trail. Good choice.
