looking for ideas.   size of tube? thickness of tube ie...sch 40 etc?  and any pics of them and also tube doors.  I am a fabricator by trade i just dont know how much weight a small truck will handle.  The truck has 38's on it right now but going to 37's.  So let me know your thoughts and ideas.  There is a truck from foothill offroad that looks pretty god and then i saw an orange toy that a friend showed me on pirate 4x4 but im still lookin.

Mines the same as his.  I think next time I get that involved in a build it will just be a tube buggy.

X2 on the tube buggy, I use 1 3/4 1.20 wall hrew tube for most of everything I have built. Yes I have dented some of the tubes on my cage but thats whats its for right!

That is 1 1/2 scedule 40 pipe that I picked up on a deal. That stuff is hard to work with and I do not recomend it becouse the benifits don't out weigh the hassle.

On the plus side Glen you should never dent them.
