Heres what I've running for the last couple years with hydro assist and 36" iroks...http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=277297&page=4I haven't noticed any of the fasteners getting loose and so far I have broken (2) FJ-80 tie rod ends (sheared the tapered stud off the base of the ball) with no damage to anything else. I'm actually quite impresed at how will this setup is working....
Rick, is your setup pretty much the same, just drilled through the knuckle and a nut welded on the inside or is there more to it? Is that a chunk of 1/2 " welded to the arm?
it based on re-using the "fill" plug location on the stock knuckle.
