What a waste of good axles. Now some Sammy guy won't have any.

Ditto.  I've been wanting a 4wd quad for some time but never thought of building my own....... I can't even imagine you'd need beefed internals with how light those things are.  Well under 1000lbs should be very easy on the birfs you'd think.
