Base plate for t-case

thats right i need a base plate for where the shifter goes into for a transfer case since one of the ones i have is my friends. any help????

Top shift or forward? I have a complete forward shift shifter with base plate.
I don't need a winch, I wheel a TOYOTA!!!!!!!

mine is a forward so it will work, but i just went out into my garage and the forward and top shift base plates on the cases look the same. so it should work.

they are far from sam top shift / forward shift

Yes they are different. Here is the forward shifter that I have. :thumbs:

thats weird because here is my forward shift crawl box that im making and its the same as my top shift crawl box thats in my truck now.  ???

OK, kiyul the case itself is the same, but the shift rods and the shifter mount base are different.

Now the pics you posted:
in the truck is a top shift
on the ground is a forward shift.

On a forward shift case, that rod sticks thru into the back of the trans and is shifted from there.

 I have two top shift cases in my rig but the first case has a forward shift  rods and I used my old forward shift shifter and rods and a cover for the top shift hole. It's what I had so I used it. The one I have will not work for you unless you have a trans that has the hole for a forward shift.

ya i saw that. i just wanted to find away around that and see if i can pick one up used for like $15 or something.
