anyone here ever bent a stock rear axle housing?

 i dont not mesure if it was bent, but i was riping apart the seem welds on the rear housing, of a 85 rear axle, on the back side  in the center of the housing where the diff y's to the tube.

no but we never moved the shock mounts it dose come with link mounts so you can weld the tabs on top and run a 4 link setup also you have to cut off brake line brackets and weld them onto the new diff cover

Lilbuddy tacoed a couple first gen rears, didn't he?  I believe the second/third gen rears are a stronger housing, but I've heard the taco rears like to split at the perch.
