dual cases what do i need?

i will be runing a w56with the tcase of it for the crawl box. the rear case i got is a 23 spline input. what do i need to get the 23 spline to mate with the tcase off the w56.does the mc07 come with the parts or are they seprate?

I think marlin sell a sleve that connects the 21 to the 23 spline case..
