toyminator2000 – There has to be dumb people in order for there to be smart people
YOU WILL HAVE TO DRILL 4 HOLES THEY ARE LIKE HALF INCH DIFFERENT.
That is good info, I was not aware of that.Glad you are stepping up to ROUND HEADLIGHTS. Real TRUE Hilux trucks have ROUND HEADLIGHTS!! That is what they were born with and that is what they were designed for!!
I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...
I just picked up a grill and buckets to do my 83' also. Hopefully ill have it done this weekend.
I have a 1980 truck, and the front was smashed so I welded on a core support from an 82 truck. The headlights bolted back on. The only difference is one side just had holes, rather than a nut welded to the backside. So I had to use a bolt and nut to attatched everything on the passenger side, but no big deal. The grilles should interchange from year to year. I put an 82 grill on with my round lights just to see what it looked like at one point.
