Called Marlin today and got CJ on the phone to ask some questions about getting a new transmission ordered he was very helpful and answered my questions in a very professional manner he even helped me get some shipping details figured out which I hadn't even thought of, way to go.
So for my 82 I went ahead and ordered the L52HD I guess in hopes of doing some upgrades in the future and might as well have the transmission to take the potential abuse.
Can't wait it has been awhile since I had 5th gear and 2nd has been a bit of a challenge to get engaged.
