trade/sell my 81 gmc

considering trading my truck for a 2 door 4runner 85-89 or selling outright. heres some details on it:
1981 GMC regular cab long bed 4x4 1/2 ton pickup
body-no dents, some minor surface rust on the underside but not much at all, needs a paint job. sliding rear window (latch is missing), nose windows glued shut, windshield has 2 cracks in it but passed texas inspection about 3 months ago no problem.
frame-surface rust at the body mounts and the front suspension area but all surface.
drivetrain-305, sm465 4 speed manual with granny low at 6.55:1, throwout bearing making some scratching noise but no problems. np208 t-case, 10 bolt front axle, 12 bolt rear. runs smooth and solid. carb is the original 4 barrel quadrajet and the jets have never been tapped. has a new distributor, cap, rotor, and plugs.
33" bfg at tires with about 75% tread left, right rear is a firestone wilderness with same size/tread.
interior is in good shape, fairly new carpet/seat, dash has a few cracks, all guages work. electric windows work just fine, electric locks do not work. missing arm rest on drivers side door.
NADA book value is 3500 with no rust and needing a paint job, i'll part with it for either 2800 or an old 4runner in similar shape.
