Matt's new tow rig!

Aight, so we traded the dodge in for something a bit more suitable for the job of towing our rigs to the trail:

1988 Ford f-250 4x4 extended cab w/ a 460 gas guzzler. These are the pics from the guy before we got it, but we'll be getting lots more pics if it's light enough after work :yesnod:  The sticker needs to go, anyone have an extra "Got Marlin" sticker? :gap:

I'm with ya there.  This'll do the job for awhile though.  Plus, being a 460, my stepdad has 3 of them so if anything happens to this one we have backup :gap:

It'll suck the gas, but it's stable, reliable (so far) and it's CUTE!!! :greengrin:

my tow rig  has a 460 as well,  the sound of the gas sucking thru the 1/2 inch fuel line is deffening

If I happen to get the Migo legal by then, we'll see :crossed: I doubt it though cuz I need a tcase overhaul and a new driveshaft on top of smog and registration.

It gets about 13 mpg :nana: Which isn't bad at all for a 460.  And no, his Dodge couldn't keep up with yours :hahaha: Although I heard he smoked you out of Tahoe in September :dunno:

we just took off the steps that bash the legs  :tantrum: gave her a  :bath:  and ffc and I changed the waterpump and towmater is ready for the first trip :psss:
