They use to years ago and now they don't do vehicle safety inspections in CA. I think they should though. there sure is a lot of crap cruising around Cali. I guess they still do that in UT, huh? Maybe too many cars here.. . Maybe they make more money for citing people than failing them for an inspection. Funny how money will drive an initiative like this.
