And what's the deal with the "gay pride" sticker on the driver's side of that blue caged one?  Is that a photoshop joke or what?  :headscratch:

According to Formula Toy rules, all rigs must display a sticker from each of the F-Toy sponsors.

However, I can not seem to find this "rule".

Can someone help me? It is not listed on the main site located here: http://www.pirate4x4.com/formula_toy/index.html

Trail gear is one of the series sponsors, as is PRP,FROR,Marlin, and Blue Torch. Each competitor gets a series sponsor sticker package for their rig  during the WEROCK series.

The entry fee for all the other class's is $375. In the F-Toy class, the entry fee is $75. This covers the W.E. Rock costs and the price of plaques, but it doesn't cover any pay back to the winners.
The Formula Toy directors decided early on to get our own "Series Sponsers". This way we can advertise for company's that support our class directly. We have 5 series sponsers like Fatty said. Each sponser put up the exact same amount of money for advertisement.
If you want to compete in the Formula Toy class for points and money, you will need to run all of the series sponser stickers on both sides of your rig.
If you choose not to advertise for the series sponsers, you can still compete "Exibition" but you will not be in the points race ad you will not be paid if you win.
Right now the pay back is as follows:
1st.....$500
2nd.....$400
3rd.....$300
4th.....$200
5th.....$100

Jerry and I worked almost flawless together scoring a 6 but Matt was competing after us so he had the advantage of being able to watch us and do exactly what we did. He was on his was to beating us by one point when he went out of bounds and was disqualified.

Ok, perhaps I read to much into things but this statement seem ironic, or mabey it is just me.
There is a fine line between clever and stupid, I just wish I knew when I crossed it.

Ya, there still around. It looks like We'll be there for sure to gain a little more seat time. Unfortunatly, FatKid will not be spotting for me at ProRock because he is currently on his way to Baja for a week of well deserved rest in the sun with his family.
My brother has agreed to take Fatty's place for the weekend.

Turns out that there were 6 Formula Toys that showed up even though this was not a "scheduled F-Toy event". We were actually the biggest class there.
A couple of new guys showed up.
Mike Kalinowski who had just finished his F-Toy and had never competed.
Bruce From High Desert Driveline who had just bought an F-Toy complete.
Brett from Western Fabrication who had just bought an F-Toy (Heywood's old one).
Mike and Jake Wright who we normally compete against.
Mike (polish last name) who we have competed against before.

We all had a great time gettin it at Cugar Buttes.
