We are proud to now offer the Hilux 1979-1995 Gear Drive Transfercase Rotated Dual Adapter Plate in Cast Aluminum!

Introducing the MC07-R10, the World's First Rotated Cast Hilux Adapter!

The Adapter that started it all, having been redesigned and rotated 10-degrees to aid in transfercase and driveline ground clearance in the Billet Aluminum MC08-R10, is now available as a Cast Aluminum Rotated Adapter Plate.

The MC07-R10 shares the same design principle as the MC08-R10, it is simply cast instead of cut from billet.
Additional design adoptions from the MC07 in the MC07-R10 include our Multi-Bolt Retention System (Invented by Marlin in April/2002), Exclusive Double Roller Maximum Capacity Bearing, Exclusive Thrust Washer Retaining Coupler, and Improved Oiling Capacity. You can read in more detail about the advantages of the Marlin Crawler here: Understanding the Success of the Marlin Crawler

A "Cool" New Feature of the MC07-R10 is a material reduction in low-stress areas, which increases the surface area for an improved thermal conductivity (improved heat transfer / cooling) and a lighter adapter. This feature is now standard on all MC08, MC08-R10, MC09, MC09-R10, and MC10-R10 Billet Adapters as well.

Pricing will be identical to the non-rotated MC07, which is currently $349.
These Adapters will go on Sale Next Friday, February 16th. At this time we are only accepting Phone Orders.

MC07-R10. Another Addition to the World Leader in Toyota Low Range and Dual Case Crawling Performance: Marlin Crawler.

Why would anybody even want a standard MC07 now? That is really great that you are offering this. Nice part.

Serious!?  :o

Shoot, i'll drive it up there and hand it to you personally!

I also need to get a top shift conversion, so i need to take you my shift forks anyway. Is the adapter the only part different? or is there any difference in the rest of the kit parts?

Holy moly  :turtle:

Basically yes, but in some applications cast is strong enough.

could I install two of these in a triple case setup for a total of 20* clocked and everything still oil correctly? I'm shure 10* is sufficient but I'm curious.

I was woundering about that. how about the oil. is there an way to totally empty the cases of oil (say I get so unlucky to have water mixed with the oil.)

BigMike, I just got my non clocked adaptor and would also like to trade if possible. It's still wrapped up tightly. Do I need to send the whole kit back or just the adaptor plate?

Please send it back with a copy of the receipt or your order number and we'll be happy to trade it out for the rotated adapter.  You just need to send back teh plate.
