best t case to use

I would like to build a 4 runner with a 3rz and use the v6 trans, I saw a conversion to put a 4cyl tcase on the r series transmissions is this better than using the v6 t case

it depends, i would rather build a crawler with the 4cyl stuff, but use the 23 spline turbo, for options of gearing...
