The Friends of Oceano Dunes (FoOD) is putting on a trade show and Expo in May - 14, 15, 16 2004.

Rock crawl demo, Sand drags- pro and amatuer,  Show and Shine.

All proceeds go to Friends of Oceano Dunes efforts to keep the dunes open for everyone Show your support and attend!

Event is at the International Ag-Center in Tulare right off Hwy 99.   There are approximately 30 spaces left for vendors in the Pavillion area of the Expo.

The rock crawl is a demo only - not a competition.  It is open to vendors though...

 :smack:FYI - The Expo is being held in the Central Valley because statistics show that more than sixty (60) percent of Pismo users originate from the valley.  In other words - The people that use  the dunes come from there.  

Seems as though it shouldn't matter WHERE it's held but that we as the OHV cummunity should support those doing the dirty work of at least trying to keep things open so we can ALL go out to play...

I spent alot of time on the dunes at pismo growing up..I sure miss it there somtimes..I  like the dunes here too but just good time at pismo..I guess its sentamental

I spent a hole lot of time there too. liked that you could get on the sand @ the pismo pier and drive all the way to point sal. those days are long gone:rivers:
