I see alot of green horn pics in here, i live just down 174 from there. hit me up if you want to stop by sometime or go out there and play some. they just did a bunch of excavation on reddog where the creek crosses, so easy i went out there in my duramax.

Nice. I live in Nevada City again so Greenhorn has always been my backyard playground. I'll definitely hit you up once the rig is running again. Most of my wheeling friends are out of the game (kids, wives, pfft) so I need to make some new wheelin' friends lol.

No :pokinit: huh?

Yeah, unfortunately have to sell off some of my fleet (too many bills, too many vehicles) but living in the mountains again I need a 4WD and miss the hell out of my 4Runner. I DDed it for years in this current form and can't wait to get it back on the road again.

Time to start cleaning this ratnest up…. lot of work ahead. :suprised:

This is my 1985 Celica Supra that I am selling. Hate to see it go, but need to downsize the fleet and pay off some bills/debt. Putting it on Ebay and hoping to sell it to a Supra junkie in the central/eastern USA as they are hard to find out east and I can get a lot more for it out there. Also want to sell it to someone that will appreciate it for what it is.  :rivers:

Definitely down to wheel once the 4Runner is back on the road. Dunno about MCR though, we'll have to see as we get closer. Girlfriend and I are trying to get a place together in Nevada County in the next couple months so I gotta play it by ear lol. You said you were in Paradise right Mike?

What do you think the supra is worth nick?

According to my research and input from celicasupra.com members, if I sold it on ebay I could optimistically get anywhere from $4500-$7,000 for it in the Central/Eastern USA due to how clean it is inside and out. In California it is probably worth about $3500 since this is where most of the remaining Celica Supras are these days. We shall see though. I am not interested in ripping anyone off but it has a lot of sentimental value and I want to sell it to someone that really wants and will appreciate it. Also not desperate to sell it at the moment so I will wait for the right buyer.

Thanks. I was actually thinking about that last night. Never looked into it though. If anyone has any suggestions on who would be best to reupholster Toyota SR5 seats I am all ears. The seats are still usuable for now at least.

Glad your getting the runner going again

Thanks man! Me too!  :gap:

I'd say find a good reputable reupholstry shop (might be one that does boat work too) and have them re-do them. The sr5 seats are way to nice to just get rid of!!!

Hey everyone

I still have my 85. Life has been crazy. I was planning on starting to fix it this year. Then COVID19 happened and my plans got kinda wacked. I am still going to start cleaning the 85 up. But its getting worked into the mix.

In the meantime. I picked up a 99 4Runner. 5 speed manual with 218,000 for $5k. Has 265x70R16 Toyo Open Country ATs, KYB shocks, tinted windows, tow package and a custom roof rack. All power options besides cruise control work.  :smokin: Thing is in fantastic shape. I ditched the bug guard on the hood. Next up is some black steel wheels. And I wish it had the E locker, but its just 4.10 open until I put something in the rear.

I've already replaced: master cylinder, slave cylinder, TPS, rotors, pads, spark plugs, wires, all 3 coils, and the spiral cable. It ran good when I got it, but it runs like a top now!  :gap:

Maybe I will start a new thread for it but for now just wanted to let you all know I still have the 85. And I am back in the Yota game until I get the 85 going. Missed ya turtleheads  :turtle: :turtle:
