I dont have to mention names, but those of you who feel the need to post pics of a fellow board member.... just cause you dont like him and want to start crap... is pretty lame.

that is yours? LOL I had no idea whose it was. I never venture into your thread. It does look like a piece in that pic though. In my opinion, my truck doesn't look like a piece, but to each his own. Look at my profile pic or go to my thread to see pics of my truck. At least I don't have to photoshop or whatever mine.

i honestly have no problem with thk, although i would like to see him finish a project and use it for a while. that would be cool. as far as

talking...i don't think its necessarily feeling insecure i just think its something to talk about, no one likes to have

talked about them but in a way it usually makes you step up your game. just my 2cent, i know when people talk

about me it definitely hurts but the upside is i usually get better at what there talking

on which will get you places faster in life...but thats if you take it in a more mature way than its given. the worse thing to do is give up.

I agree. Its called constructive criticism...... I have to deal with that all the time being the youngest in the shop and still have alot to learn... but it feels good when the old guys come to me all the time and ask for MY help or MY opinion..... There is just a certain point that pushes a guy over the edge.... I know THK has had alot of

Not the first time my rigs have been in here.
But like ya'll have said.... its not finished and yes it does kinda look like junk.

ANYWAYS, lets move one $Beer Chug\'n$

one day ill finish a rig and use it.
I always duck and dodge and try get things done in a "cheap" manner.
and it ALWAYS screws me over.

So with having a DD project that is coming along and will be done for spring... ill be able to toss parts and money at the 4runner as they come and not have to worry about being able to drive it to work the next days.

I agree with both you matt, and you twisted toy.
I think a lot of how we learn is through criticism, or at least it determines us to change what we have going. And lets face it, we all talk :

: about other's rides.. it gives us something to do..

At some point you learn you can't let what people have to say get to you.. forget them. build your truck how you want to and have it make you happy...

who cares if you say ah screw this 4runner and get rid of it and start over..if something doesn't suite your needs then get rid of it and start over. and that is what you have done.. I think you have a good idea.. build up a daily driver and then focus on your wheeler.. That is what i need to do myself.. my $0.02..

I don't know 1 person that has "completed" a rig.. There is always projects that need to be completed or changed.

i give him props, at least he did it, mike has been talkin about doin that to his runner for soooooo long. but it is a big step. either you have to want to do it or you wont be happy when it is done. they can look good when done right.

Yes.. i have been talking about doing mine for awhile now.. and haven't done anything about it. A part of me wants to but i also don't know if i will be happy with it, so i have held off on doing so.

I think it is neat, but i feel it isn't something i NEED to do.. Kind is pointless, id rather have a truck.

Lets get off the topic of what we have said we were going to do and haven't done..
Ideas and plans change, and there is nothing wrong with that..

But i think for the most part, when any of us get an idea that we are really motivated to do we get it done and that is what it is all about.. build your junk how you want and enjoy it while you still have it.

I took all these pics.. they don't have to do with offroad, but still disgraces.

Saw this in chico.. pretty damn tall..

I wish i had all the pics i have taken of vehicles in the walmart parking lot..
There has been some good ones ive seen but didn't have the camera..
