too much blowby

check your pcv valve

that blowby is caused by bad internal seals, usually valve seals or piston rings

so, should adjusting my valves remedy this issue if my issue is with valve seals and not piston rings?

some blowby is a normal thing..

adjusting the valves wont cure the problem if the valveseals are leaky, only replacement of the valveseals will....
