Her's a video of an English show on BBC2 where they take an 84/85 HILUX pickup and put it through hell. This goes to show you how tough these little squirrel monsters are.  The sound messed up towards the end for me but you can tell that it starts up.

the're actually a longer video of it. they took it out and did some more to it (though i cant remember what at the moment) and the TRUCK WOULDNT DIE!!!!!!

there's also another video where a couple of guys up north (cant remember where) took a similar toyota pickup where the motor was on its last legs. put the motor up at max rpms and tore the crap outta it. blew a hole in the block (multiple holes actually), threw a rod, lost a few bearings and a bunch of other stuff and the truck kept firing up! after murdering it about 4 or 5 times, they fired it up again and drove it into the garage so they could do the engine swap (only had 2 cylinders working at most).

Haha thats a good video. I had an 86 corolla in high school that i bought for $200 bucks because i wanted the cd player it came with. the car was a bonus. it was only running on 3 cylinders, the 4th was all screwed up. i drove it like i stole it for about 8 months to school and around the mountain i live on. then i took it out to a local 4 wheeling spot and tried to kill it. little car wasnt going to die. despite the lack of power the little 3 banger still powered me all over the place. i never was able to kill it myself, some :moon: in a lifted Jeep drove on the hood while i was stuck in some deep gravel waiting for extraction. he crushed the carb and hood down into the engine and killed it. since i was no where near ready to retire the little car, i was pretty pissed.
