Subs or no subs

I have 2 12's and some other stuff in the Blazer and I am 39 I love the sound of my thumpers but I use them responsablely I like to play it loud and rattle the windows but not to offend others put them in and enjoy just be respectable and not an

I just prefer a good set of door speakers and an amp to power them with a nice head unit.  I listen to punk, ska, heavy metal and classic rock so the booming bass doesn't really do it for me.

  I'm in kinda the same boat.  I like a full, rich sound, not big bass.  I have A bass tube and maybe 100 amp going to it, and that's nearly enough for me.  I don't know how people listen to their music that loud either, my ears start hurting at about the point where you can hear it outside my truck!

Yeah, I had them in my Bronco, I listened to them loud, but itwasnt enough for others to be annoyed about. I love the thump. I think I will keep them, Thanks for all the help.
