Annyone have a Pioneer Inno for XM?

I got one for xmas and it is pretty pimp, but I have an issue.  It is supposed to have an FM modulator so that you can send the FM signal to a radio to play on an unused station.  I have read the manual and been through all the menus and can't for the life of me find how to turn it on.  I have both the home and car kits.  Anybody gots any info??
