Hey your 4Runner is looking good. Is the winch plate home made or one of those premade ones?
The old front bumper looks like a nice bumper, just didn't want to reuse it ?
Nothing puts a smlie on my face like the green glow of 4x4 on the dash !

Shoot, that winch is almost half the size of the engine block.  I guess pulling yourself up a vertical cliff is an option now...

My wife said she was going to buy me a front bumper for my b-day. I've been looking for a front bumper that will fit the 12,000lb winch that I have mounted already but everyone sell bumpers that will only fit up to a 9500lb. I guess I'll have to build my own like I planned.

DeMented Toys

How is that rear chevy spring setup working out for you?  Happy with the chevy drop shackle setup?  How are the 2" blocks doing?

I like the 63's in the rear, they make it ride nice with or with out the  top on. I like the drop shackles. I had the same set up on my first gen & never had a problem. As for the blocks, it's not bad cause the blocks are only 2" not 4" or 5". I only put the blocks in to level off the rear cause the front was higher than I expected when I did the SAS. The front is still higher by an inch or so but I don't want to go any higher. I'm going to do RUF soon & I'm going to lower the front so I can take the blocks out.
