Yeah, that bunched up look is weird, especially when they have nothing much to bunch! That looks really weird.

FYI from comments following a news report on the scandel:

I graduated RusCo HS with Tara, and she missed about two weeks of our senior year to get that boob job done. When she came back, they were right under her chin.

Just sayin'.

And she's been into chicks since before she had fake tits. And bringing Jack to school in coke bottles, that sort of thing.
