All Pro skid with parking break.  Can't go wrong.  The skid plate is basically the same as Marlin's and the parking break is a must.

If I do rear disks I can I use my stock parking brake or do I need a parking disk like all pro's? Has anyone used allpro's setup? I want the most clearance possible

You can use the stock e-brake only if you get cadillac calipers and I think they are about $300.  I recommend the all pro e brake.  My dad has it and it works flawlessly.
