That may happen. It has been done and is very uncomfortable come morning when you wake up to find the mosquitos have been feasting on you all night long.
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough

Cabellas has a cot with a tent on it, they wouldnt burn  :flamer: it with you in it

I am gonna have way too much crap to sleep in the bed. I usually sleep in the back seat but I wake up with cramped legs.

from pics and this I'm guessing third gen excab?  if thats the case, try sleeping in the pass seat with the seat tilted all the way back.  Take the headrest off and it'll lean back a little farther.  I've slept that way more than once, and its fairly comfortable.  Don't sleep on the driver's side though, you may find your truck moved during the night!  :yikes:

4 door super duty. I have not slept in the yota yet but the thought of accidentally pushing the clutch in my sleep and rolling away is an amusing thought. That would be a rude awakening as the truck is going kamikazee into the woods.
