Here are a few of the jeeps from my area. I think after this weekend some of these guys may be wanting a toyota! The jeep in the first pic is a good friend of mine (running a 66-77 bronco dana44 and explorer8.8 rear whith cromo shafts front and rear) and was one of the 2 jeeps in the group that didn't break. The last pic is of a few of the jeeps there for the birthday event.

Would you guys be interested in going back to Hot Springs in a month or two? I am thinking about hauling down the 12 hours to tear it up and escape the cold for a couple days. What are the temps usually in DEC/JAN?

I think it was called rubicon,  After the camo jeep broke then struggled to make it (whith the pedal to the floor and a beer in his hand :shake_head:) I crawled right up. the whole trip was kinda weird becouse when one of the jeep guys would do something it was like :clap2:, and then when I would do domething it was like :-\. I had a good time though.

This jeep blocked the trail twice and is probably the worst about drinkin. I made a good friend in the green yj though he is pretty cool, and the only one to come looking for me when I was out on the trail late.

In the first pic of the yj there is a puddle and a ledge that rises about 2feet at both rear tires at the same time you have no traction whith the front. You could play around whith some different lines and probably make it. :driving:I tried the far right and the tree root kept making me fall back in the hole then I tried the line you see the yj taking to the far right and it threw me to the pass side and whith a bump I was up the ledge. To make a long story short you cant compare these two obstacles rockfink had looser rock and a steeper climb, but rubicon had a taller ledge and more options.
