i think he can??? He just got a new computer and needs the internet  to update the stuff for his camera bein that it's vista and all.  But I'll talk to em about those jet ski's and see what they think man, this weekend was a blast and we need to go out again without the ladies.

aww was she givin u a hard time while u were driving? haha. heck ya we need to go out again soon! i went and looked over my truck this morning and WOW. i have a small leak in my drivers side fuel tank (from when i got high centered), the rear axle is slowly leaking (looks like it needs a new gasket there on the differential cover), both front turn signal lenses need to be replaced, and the bed skin on the passanger side. more ground clearance would have prevented most of that. funny thing is that behind my rear wheels (the back of the frame and the bumper that kept getting slammed down really hard) didnt take any damage haha.

my dad and i are gonna go look at that cheap 4runner hopefully today, and we also found an 87 diesel blazer in the same area thats for sale. both have a MUCH SHORTER wheelbase than my truck so that would help alot, plus i'd have more seating for passangers.

anybody wanna help me out this weekend? hopeing to make a new rear bumper and maybe go swing by a junk yard to look at a solid front axle. i'm getting 500 bucks to spend on the 4runner from my parents, so i need to decide what to do with it lol. cant decide if i should get a locker, 4.7:1 t-case gears, t-case doubler, or do an SAS. any ideas?

I got a guy who is selling a 79 toyota front axle and a transfer case for $250 bucks... i can get you his number if you want....

is it a topshift t-case? i'm interested. might have a guy interested in my ifs axles/hubs so that would help counter the cost of the SAS. i think the most costly part of the SAS is gonna be the steering arms haha.

i could drive down there with the tranny as is in 4th gear, but being in any other gear for long periods of time and the tranny is gonna go faster. so its either replace the tranny, or rebuild it. i cant afford a rebuilt tranny from marlin so i gotta do the work myself.

Probably not a good idea to run it that hard.  I think I'd get a used tranny so the truck wouldn't have to be out of service while rebuilding...

You might want to hook up with some of the guys from your area at the NPLD cleanup project on the 29th...  They'll be working up at Forest Lake.  Here's a link:
