elbe is by Randle, WA on HWY 12.  stop in at the 76 station and they'll give you directions- - its only like 2 miles off of hwy 12.

any info on Naches Wagon Trail on the other side of Hwy 12 ????????

How do you get to the trail head.   Is it really worth spending a night up there,  is there any good lakes up there to camp and fish at.  We all have well capable rigs for whatever, so we just dont want to be bored, or a bunch of mud.  let me know, thanks

The trails there are pretty tight. Haven't  camped there since 05, but it's a great place to wheel.

Yes, lots of body damage available at elbe-  - I seen 3 New Rubicons with front fender damage come out where we were camping. .  a group of rich yuppies - -bragging about there $3o,ooo rigs they beat on - - must be nice.  but if youre carefull, theres lots of fun to be had.  I went in my samurai ,  so i was fine, but the toyotas were doing a lot of 3 point turns and using bumpers and sliders a lot- - - and its really muddy

Elbe is my fav place to wheel. The camp ground you have to make reservations but is very nice. Camping on the trails would be wet and you would be parked on the trail sence there is not alot of places to pull over. Lots of fun though. If you want an easyer day doo all the trails but busywild. If you are looking for a chanange run busywild., but give yourself time and make sure you have a winch. DO NOT run the trail backwards...all the trails are nicely marked. No fishing that I know about.
