I have an '89 truck that is being prepped to sell. I could swap it over but it's different for one and two, I want to keep it complete.
The '89 has a round coil and the plug at the distributor is a larger round plug. The '94 has a square-ish coil and the plug at the distributor is smaller and also square-ish. I am only going to go the splice route if I have to. I predict any rig with the square-ish coil and same plugs will work. We'll see. A guy locally has one for $50. Sounds like best bet for now.
