Thats what it's doing. At idle or cruising it's cycling btwn .200-.800 like it should. And when I go full throttle the voltage holds steady at .880-.960

Alright so according to your graph would the reason I only see .880 in fifth gear at sustained WOT be due to the increase in heat?

Should know on my way home to day, haven't hit the second drive cycle yet

I think you're at lower rpm's in 5th, so you're getting slightly different mixture.

Have put 35 miles on and still no CEL. Figured code 71 would have came back up with the EGR delete.

Driving to work today my temp gauge did get up to 1/2 but voltage was still staying at .870-.900 at WOT. The truck hasn't acted up like it would so I can see what the voltage is.

To fill anybody in my truck while driving sometimes would feel like a trailer was just hooked up to it. Other times it would get a boost in power for a few sec. like you hit the go baby go button.

The truck almost feels like there's a governor on my speed or maybe it just me expecting to much from a 22re. My Max speed is about 80-85 going down hill WOT.

I'm wondering if the camshaft timing is correct.......

As far as the timing marks, yes it is on. But I have wondered if I need to install an adjustable cam gear with these engines bc of the performance mods.

And just a reminder the engine I running now is the one I built using parts from 22re performance, the other engine that ran hot was a stage 2.5 from 22re performance that was complete from oil pan to valve cover that they set the timing on. Both have the same performance issues.
