I'm gonna go check out a set of 37" goodyear mtrs tomorrow, supposedly 75%.  Assuming they're in good shape, not old or cracking or chunked, what would they be worth?  He's asking $500, but I was kinda hoping to get em for more like $400.  Help a brotha out  :help:

$500 is probably a decent price... they retail for around 210 each and from jsut a purely mathematical standpoint should be worth $600ish

he might bite at $400 though... cash talks

That's what I'm hopin fer.  I shouldn't be spending the money, but if they're worth it then I'd better jump.

You said a full set correct?

210 x 4 = $840

If you can get them for $400 at 75% tread then thats a good deal.

I sold (5x) 37x12.5x15's with around 90-95% tread for $1000

If they really are 75%, I'd say between 400-600, depending on condition of the tires (chunked, cracked, etc.)

$500 is a good price if they're in good shape, but money does talk

If they're in good shape then I know $500 is decent, I just shouldn't be spending any cash right now.  It's just hard to pass up a decent deal.  I know I'd probably be looking at close to $900 otd on these new, but you hafta look at more than just treadware.  Rubber deteriorates, hardens and becomes brittle over time, so a used tire with 75% tread doesn't mean you still have 75% tread life left.

Keep em coming!
