I have a 1982 sr5 4x4 22r with webber carb just got done installing a header with 2 1/2 exhaust with flowmaster muffler it did have a cat with 02 sensor removed it ran good right after i did the install but now acts like getting way to much fuel and loading up real bad.  What have you guys done with the o2 sensor i just cut the wire to it What did i do wrong or should i do?  Any help would be appreciated I did pull header off same year truck it ran great but not mine.

Thanks

if you got a weber  the wires to the o2  have absolutley nothing to do with the truck anymore

sounds like the float  is sticking,

When you put the new pump on, did you reinstall the spacer that goes between the pump and the head? shown below.  If you leave it out, the fuel pressure goes way up.
