Both are 1985's and efi.  The smaller one I might part out. Bigger one has usual stuff. Made hi-lift carrier using angle iron and 4 bolts.  Basically bolts right up to marlins d-ring holes on bumper.

flyin ryan

Front is allpro bumper that I added a pre-runner light bar.  Here's another pic of rear hi-lift carrier.

The light bar is custom made.  A local race car builder bent the hoop then I notched the rest.
Seat belt tabs are used as light tabs.

Looks like one of the twins stole all the food and worked out when they were younger.

I forget what the bulge it is, but I'm running hannemann.  The fit is very shitty. Takes some manipulating, time, trimming, and more time for them to look right.  Even so, it still does not follow the lines of the body well.  I seen and heard of similar problems with hannemann. Will post pics later.

hummmm
maybe i will give that yotafiberglass.com a try?
also can you post up a pic of your stock rollbar?
i see you painted it white, just curious how it looks.
whats up with your windshield seal?
got another 85 runner. build coming soon!!

flyin ryan

All I have to say is that you have  keen eye!

The rollbar is powdercoated white and the windshield trim is just duct tape.  I purchased a new shield using duct tape for now to hold it on.  Reason being is that I want to be able to remove the shield easily when I have it painted.  Suprises me that you have not noticed the lines between the fenders and hood.  There you can see that they dont line up.  That's the way it is on both sides.  Will take pics of rollbar during the day.

flyin ryan

Thought I would post my specs, for those who might want to know.

ok...2 questions.  First is how do you like the can back...is it worth what they charge for them.  Second is how much play do thos fiberglass fenders have.  I want to run them on mine but the cage is so snug to the body don't know if i could get them in behind it.  Do you think if you had to you could bend it about an inch back 4 or 5 inches from the doorjamb?

In my opinion the  can-back is worth what you pay.  No other company makes a top as good as this one.  Can-back is now under new ownership.  They use sunbrella fabric which is a marine grade durable fabric.  As far as the glass fenders, There is no give on these things.  They are what you see. These things are stiff!!! So in other words. If your exo is snug up against your fenders now you will not be able to put these glass fenders on.

I have not parted it out yet, but feel free to ask me what you might need.  My question is how did you know it will be painted?  As a matter of fact, body work is being done right now.  It will be tangier orange.

You said your having it painted. I dont need any thing yet but I do want to do a SAS and maybe dual transfercase. Let me know when you do part it out.
