This is a pic of my 85 in the build up process it has a 292 inline 6 SM465 rockwell t-case 37in IROKS locked front/rear and 4.88's

looks like you need to upgrade your steering
83 toyota shortbed, 90 rear axle, 5.29's f/r, spools f/r, 22/20 hybrid w/propane, 37 mtrs. dual transfer cases. http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=22712.0

I can tell that the remaining cab is from a 4runner, but I think I could post a picture of a stock wheel and be about as close.
