looking for replacement cab floor panels?

anybody seen them for our trucks? im looking for an easy drop in weld on solution... might be a dead horse.... :crazy:

ive fixed a few floors,  its  really easy,  just get some cardboard, trim it to fit  the transfer it to some 14 gauge, then  tack  in place,  or use selftapping sheetmetal screws  and seam glue

I like being able to see front tires. And being hit in the face with mud even when the windows are up.

lol, yall are crazy. i think ill try some steel like you said 79. i think i may go with a thinner 16 gauge though i have 14 and its a bit thick and a little harder to work. im going to get started today ill let you know how it turns out.

well heres what i did today with some 18 gauge cold rolled steel and a flux wire feed welder. dont laugh at the welds, its a 100 amp welder and doesnt go any lower, it burns through the thin stuff easily. i had to tack it and let it cool and tack it and let it cool, it took a while but it only cost 10 bux for the metal.



ive still gotta do around the body mount and im going to clearance the inner fender/firewall for larger tires next.
