how come in the last pic, the rim looks bent? the front pass rim?

WOW, you have a better eye than I do.  I had to look at it twice to see what you are talking about, but it doesn't look right around the center ring of the rim

must be in the design cause if the aluminum rim was bent thet much it would break, but i have bad eyes, just attention to detail

Actually it is bent.I put those beadlocks together and when I was torqueing them they were starting to tweak.Then they went out on this trip and got smashed all to hell.
