You would be better off going with a 4.3 swap or 3RZ for more power.  Instead of upping compression, I would look at different high performance heads.

nope 22r is the bomb digety, i really like the engine because it is really cheap ,reliable,and light. plus i think that it will work awsome i have decided to use 10to1 compression
pistons. slightly larger valves in the head, and i think it will be a sweet ride i have a g 54 behind it and duels, with 4.88 gears and 37" and 38" 2 sets sweet i am stoked woohoo
