Big Bear 8-18 to 8-20 (NOW WITH PICS!)

My weekend plans have changed. :sad2: I was planning on a week of water skiing at Shaver Lake that was cancelled. :rivers: Always looking for the opportunity to 4X4  :driving:, I read there is a large Toyota run planned for Big Bear this weekend.  :clap2: That's only a 45 minute drive for me and even better, Marlin is donating to the raffle :turtle: :clap2: I will probably only run the 19th. :dunno:

Now I read the organized run is cancelled so no raffle etc. :screwy: Oh well, I'll just cruise around  :turtle3: and watch the IFS rigs get stuck. :talkingn:

Ok Peps, here are some pics. The boys and I headed up early Saturday and luckily found Peps and his group just as they were pulling off the highway. 8)

Hell yeah,cool pics  :biggthumpup: .Jim,your boys are awesome!!!...I had a blast,we ran John Bull and Hollcomb Creek.We had an awesome group and no breakage.I had a blowout on the trailer as I got into Holcomb Valley,changed the tire and on the way home blew out the spare tire  :smack: .I'll post some pics as well as soon as Joey e-mails them to me.

We had a great time too. We had to bail after John Bull (the boys got REALLY grouchy) ::)

We were up there too. We wheeled JB with Marlin.....that pic must be from Yotatech. Marlin did it with a broken front ring gear.

Damn, I wish I could have made that one. Joe and Troy live real close to me. I talked to them on sunday. They said they had a good time. I get to order my driveshafts tomorrow.....so next time for sure!  :crossed: :turtle3:
`87 runner....it was stock....now sas'd, 37's, duals, geared/ locked, 10in bob, half doors, rock lights. etc., etc.,.........coming soon a 3.4 swap!!!
