i would say thats worth 5500 too 6500 too the right person thats a nice looking rig.

If you didn't make it, and it ain't broke, you didn't try hard enough.

Addicted Offroad

IMO, that is worth more than $5500-6500. I would say $8-10K or more. Especially if its rust free(which it looks like it is). Nice FJ!

MR_DIY

I'm going yota JUST so I can buy from Marlin more.

As it looks in the pic, I'd say 8-10K is a good range IMHO.

Very clean lookin FJ though

Hottrod81

I also vote for 8-10K.  I think those are conservative prices.  Good looking rig.

Tool Pimp

Thanks , now the question is do I keep it or sell it??? :dunno:

desertboy

go and try to sell mine is similarilly (sp.) built and i've been hal heartedly trying to sell for 8k you can read my post if you want a comparison. I'm selling because of needing for me and my girl family orientated rigs and for extra cash as being a new home owner isn't easy. Your FJ grabs the eye with the nice paint i'd say start at 10 and see where it goes, believe me you will get a ton of trade offers but in the end if it doesn't sell just build it to what you want. I give mine a month or two then its going tube rear with four doors. 10k is reasonable though it's all about finding the fJ40 buyer not the FJ40 desirer (sp.)
1970 Landcruiser, moving again. Chevy 350, sm465 Toy 4sp case, SOA, 37" MTR's. Locked front and rear, minor tube work, and hydro assist

Ive read your post you did a bit----g job on it. I know the family thing thats why my has 4 seats and the house thing, the honey do list never goes away it just gets bigger trust me. If I wind up keeping it me and Loosekannon are going to try and 4-link it and make the WB about 4" or so longer. Good luck with yours and thanks for the info.. FYI Victor Valley 4 Wheelers is holding there run at the hammers Sept 29- Oct 1 if you can come on out..... Heres a link http://mysite.verizon.net/res8w168/
