Well not THAT soon,but soon enough...He still needs to wait to see what happens when he goes to court,he's got two seperate court dates so he needs to wait till then.Meanwhile he's been motivated to get it going again lately.Here's a couple of pics of some of the parts for the re-incarnation:

I scored him a set of 42s hoping he would decide to go 1 tons but he said he can't afford it right now,so the plan is to trade the 42s for a set of 39s for 15" wheels,the 42s are 16.5.

Ha ha,he was gonna build the first gen but decided it'd be eazyer to rebuild The Prune.
