Well looks like there is going to be another full moon run at the Hammers if anyone wants to go. Saturday Aug 12th is looking like the best night. I will be at the lake bed between 6 and 7 that evening. It was fun last time, coming down Sledge at 4 in the morning is a blast. So come on out and lets have a good time :beerchug:

Rockhound.....tow your truck this time.....  :yesnod:

Tool Pimp

Im there, but we gotta get my cruiser running on all 8, should I bring my tool box.....

Shoyrtt

I thought I had the weekend clear, but I was informed that I am going to a wedding on the 12th. :shake_head: Any chance we could try the 11th?

11th is workable. guess i need to replace my chain motor mount with a real one and get a new batt. hold down!!!!!

I am confirming the date: Friday, August 11th for the Loosekannon "Full Moon" Hammer run.

Friday traffic on the 10 or 15 is sometimes tricky, but we should meet on the lakebed before dark.

The Redlands group confirmed will be: my Runner, Howard's Runner, and Brent's Runner (if he finally gets the Stazworks beadlocks). 8)

The Izzy's will probably be there (chime in either way Wayne) in the comp Jeep and maybe the Sami. :)

I am waiting for confirmations from: Robert's flat fender Willys,  Earl's TJ and Matt's Rubicon.

So if all the stars align, it looks like we have a great group for the run. :clap2:

Tell Jeep Izzy you are taking her on a romantic and scenic drive. :psss: Lights will just ruin the mood.

We can meet in Beaumont/Banning or in Yucca Valley again.  :)

WP,
49 1/2 " flange to flange. Thanks, but I just dropped the CV and yoke from another shaft with Jerry at Oceanside Driveline. I'm gonna have one made up for me. Wish I checked the forum first!

ZukIzzy,
I'm in San Diego North County. Oceanside.

Where you at?

I gotta say, helping a fellow wheeler, on the trail, get back to camp safely is one thing, but offering to help get me out to the trail, really blows me away.
Thanks guys.   :beerchug:

Hey all I am thinking of taking the BAM ( big ass motorhome) in case it is hot or whatever. It will give us a working fridge, A/C, Bathroom, and a place to crash if need be before we drive home. It may add an hour to my drivebut it is worth it if we need it. What do yo think? Rockhound it affects you as much as anyone let me know what you think.

Wayne

Shoyrtt

Another confirmation, Earl will be there in his TJ.  Wayne, Earl is talking about bring his BAM out too so, maybe I can draft you guys going up the grade into Yucca. ;)

You mean push in my case. That grade is a first gear and slowing affair near the top. Especially with 2 rigs on the 30 footer.
