Trail Truck
« on: Dec 28, 2003, 11:49:57 PM »
If I decided to hang on to my old Yota and tow it up to the trails what do I need  to do as far as registration.  Do they issue off road stickers for trucks like they do ATV's.  I don't want to mess with smogging it or anything if I can avoid it.

hey heres some food for thought, once u put a green sticker on your rig you no longer need to buy an adventure pass!
not that i've ever bought one anyway (i think it's only a so-cal N.F.S thing)
all i want is a little more than i'll ever get!!

I hear you can't flat tow a green sticker vehicle.
The F Service around Fresno can be anal about which dirt roads you drive on. The roads that are numbered horizontally mean one thing, while the numbers that are vertical mean something else. ( I don't know which one is for green sticker and which one is'nt.)
