timing chain

can someone give me a lil how too and what is needed for a timing chain kit on a 22r???

im about to tear into it. and dont want any down time...

pull the radiator  and crank pulley

leave the water pump  attached,  pull the oil pump,  then you need to remove the a/c braket bolts,  2 14mm head bolts and 1 12mm  with the little triangle bracket

well you either need to drop the oil pan oir pull the head,  it can be done without doing  that  but it aint easy  then the timing cover gaskets,  i would  stick them to the block with some rtv  and press the timing cover on
