now that i figured out what trans and tcases i have. is it possible to run 3 cases? im going to run a w56trans with a tcase off a g54 with a top shift adapter and the rear case will be off the w56. i have another tcase off a g54 is it possible to put that in the middle with a top shift kit?would i need just another adapter plate? it's just laying around why not use it just for shits and grins?

Yes you can run a triple. You would need to make the rear case be a 23 spline. Two case in the front( 2.28:1 x 2.28:1 = 5.19:1 ) is to much torque for a 21 spline input gear.

can i buy a 23 spline gear or do i need to find a 23 spline tcase from a turbo truck?

You can still buy the gear from Toyota or us. The 23 spline coupler will come in the adapter kit just make that known when you order.
